CANCELLATION POLICY

Salon Policies Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. * NO KIDS & NO EXTRA GUESTS. For the safety of everyone and to ensure a relaxing experience, only the client receiving services is permitted in the salon. * DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable. * RESCHEDULING: Deposits may be transferred one (1) time only when rescheduling your appointment with the required notice. Any additional reschedules, cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * UNPAID DEPOSITS: Deposits must be paid within 48 hours (2 days) of booking your appointment. Appointments without a paid deposit will be automatically canceled. * LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $40 late cancellation fee. * LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and may be subject to applicable cancellation fees. * NO CALL / NO SHOW: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
