LOREHEL LASH is located in the Northeast section of Philadelphia, PA. We’ve been involved in the lash industry since 2018. Our mission is to offer our clients everything they need to feel and look their best through all the latest lash trends. We want our clients to feel extremely comfortable when entering our establishment. Life is hard as is. We strive for Lorehel Lash Beauty Bar to be a safe haven for our ladies. We strive for excellence, and aim to satisfy all of your beauty needs
CANCELLATION POLICY
Salon Policies Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. * NO KIDS & NO EXTRA GUESTS. For the safety of everyone and to ensure a relaxing experience, only the client receiving services is permitted in the salon. * DEPOSITS: All deposits are non-refundable. * RESCHEDULING: Deposits may be transferred one (1) time only when rescheduling your appointment with the required notice. Any additional reschedules, cancellations, or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * UNPAID DEPOSITS: Deposits must be paid within 48 hours (2 days) of booking your appointment. Appointments without a paid deposit will be automatically canceled. * LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $40 late cancellation fee. * LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and may be subject to applicable cancellation fees. * NO CALL / NO SHOW: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount and may require full payment before booking future appointments.
